I hand select each and every apartment myself. the apartments I choose are based on my clients lifestyle preferences, my in depth understanding of each NYC neighborhood, and my extensive experience touring properties. I know what units actually look good in person and which only look good in the pictures.
How much should I spend on an apartment?
It depends on your long term goals and lifestyle preferences! I help clients understand the full scope of possibilities at various price points to empower them with the information they need make a decision.
Do I have to find my own apartments?
